Terms of Use

1. Agreement and operator

MuseDrop is developed and operated by Prism. By accessing or using MuseDrop, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Eligibility and wallets

You must be legally able to enter into these Terms in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for your wallet, device, recovery phrase, private keys, and all activity authorized through them. MuseDrop does not custody wallets, private keys, seed phrases, or user funds.

3. Creator content

You retain ownership of content you publish, including images, portfolios, music, writing, profile information, titles, descriptions, and tags. You grant MuseDrop a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, cache, reproduce, display, format, and distribute that content only as needed to operate, promote, secure, and improve the service.

You confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed to publish your content and that it does not infringe another person's intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights.

4. Tips, gifts, and blockchain transactions

MuseDrop may allow users to send SKR tips or creator gifts. Transactions submitted to Solana are generally irreversible and may be publicly visible. Network fees, wallet behavior, token availability, price changes, failed transactions, and confirmation times are outside MuseDrop's control.

• Review the recipient, amount, gift count, and wallet prompt before signing.
• MuseDrop does not guarantee the value, liquidity, availability, or future utility of any token.
• Tips and gifts are voluntary peer-to-peer support and are not purchases of ownership, investment products, or promises of future returns.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use MuseDrop to violate law; deceive or impersonate others; distribute malware; evade security controls; manipulate engagement or transactions; harass others; publish unlawful, infringing, or exploitative content; or interfere with the service, Solana, wallets, infrastructure, or other users.

6. Moderation and availability

Prism may remove or limit access to content, accounts, or features that violate these Terms, create security or legal risk, or harm the service or its users. Features may change, pause, or end without guarantee of continuous availability. Public blockchain records cannot be altered or deleted by MuseDrop.

7. Third-party services

MuseDrop depends on third-party wallets, Solana infrastructure, hosting, storage, and other services. Their terms and privacy practices apply separately. Prism is not responsible for third-party outages, wallet errors, network congestion, token contracts, or external websites.

8. Disclaimers

MuseDrop is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Prism disclaims implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. MuseDrop does not provide financial, investment, tax, or legal advice.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Prism will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of content, tokens, keys, profits, data, goodwill, or access resulting from use of or inability to use MuseDrop, third-party services, or blockchain transactions.

10. Changes and termination

We may update these Terms as the service changes. The updated date will appear above. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms. You may stop using MuseDrop at any time. Sections that should reasonably survive termination will continue to apply.
