Privacy Policy

1. Scope and operator

This Privacy Policy applies to MuseDrop, developed and operated by Prism. It covers the MuseDrop web app, Android app, and related creator, discovery, tip, and gift features.

2. Information we handle

• Wallet information: public wallet addresses, connection state, network, and transaction signatures. MuseDrop does not receive or store private keys, recovery phrases, or wallet passwords.
• Profile information: display name, avatar, biography, receiving wallet, and other profile details you choose to provide.
• Creator content: images, audio, writing, portfolio items, covers, titles, descriptions, tags, chapter information, and related metadata.
• Activity information: follows, tips, gifts, claims, publication records, content categories, and interactions with MuseDrop features.
• Technical information: browser or device type, language, approximate network information, timestamps, error data, and security or diagnostic logs made available by hosting and infrastructure providers.

3. How information is used

We use information to operate creator profiles and publishing tools; display and categorize work; connect wallet-driven features; show tip and gift records; prevent abuse and fraud; troubleshoot errors; secure the service; respond to support requests; comply with legal obligations; and improve MuseDrop.

4. Public content and blockchain data

Profiles, published works, tags, creator content, public wallet addresses, and related activity may be visible to other users. Solana transactions and wallet addresses are recorded on a public blockchain and may remain permanently available through third-party explorers and infrastructure. Prism does not control or delete public blockchain records.

5. Sharing and service providers

Information may be processed by providers that support hosting, databases, storage, content delivery, analytics, security, wallet connections, and Solana network access. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect users or the service, during a business transaction, or with your direction. MuseDrop does not sell personal information for money.

6. Storage and retention

Information is retained for as long as reasonably needed to provide MuseDrop, maintain security and transaction records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and meet legal obligations. Content may remain in backups for a limited period after deletion. Public blockchain records and copies made by other users or third parties may persist independently.

7. Your choices and requests

You may disconnect your wallet, stop using the service, update available profile fields, or request access, correction, or deletion of information controlled by MuseDrop. Requests may be sent to the contact address below. We may need to verify the request, and some information may be retained where legally required or technically outside our control.

8. Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect information. No internet, storage, wallet, or blockchain system is completely secure. Protect your device, wallet approvals, private keys, and recovery phrase, and review transaction details before signing.

9. International processing

MuseDrop and its service providers may process information in countries other than where you live. Those locations may have different data protection rules. We apply this Policy wherever information is processed for MuseDrop.

10. Children's privacy

MuseDrop is not directed to children under 13, or a higher minimum age where required by local law. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children below the applicable minimum age. Contact us if you believe such information has been provided.

11. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy as MuseDrop changes. The updated date will appear above. Material changes may also be communicated through the service or another appropriate channel.
